Boy Scouts of America Troop/Crew # 194 Spaghetti Dinner 2015
When: Friday, Oct. 16th, 2015
Doors Open: 5:30pm – 8:00pm
Where: Christ’s Church at Mason, 5165 Western Row Rd., Mason
Tuesday, Sept. 1st, 2015 – All Troop and Crew members receive packet at the scout meeting.
Tuesday, Oct. 13th, 2015 – All Pre-Sale ticket and sponsor money is due!
Pre-event sales - $10/family (2 adults. 4 children)
At the Door - $15/family (2 adults, 4 children); $5 individual adult; $3 children (12 yrs and under)
All scouts in uniform are FREE; w/paying adult
Expectations per Family:
Each scout is asked to sell (2) business sponsorships; (5) pre-event tickets - $100 total sales/scout
Information about business sponsorships is detailed in a handout included in the packet
80% of Pre-event ticket sales go to the Scout’s account; 20% goes to the Troop/Crew.
80% of Business Sponsor sales go to the Scout’s account; 20% goes to the Troop/Crew
100% of “At-the Door” sales go to the Troop/Crew to help pay for the Spaghetti Dinner expenses
