Third Weekend of Month (or as scheduled and communicated at Parents Meeting)	Regular Monthly Camping Outing	Assemble at Mason United Methodist Church parking lot @ 6:00 PM Friday, Leave by 6:30 PM	Money for camp fees and food MUST be provided to the patrol leader during the first regular Troop meeting of the month. Permission slips MUST be provided to the Scoutmaster or one of the Assistant Scoutmasters, otherwise the Scout will NOT be permitted to participate in the scheduled activity. Permissions slips will be used as receipts for money paid.
		Arrive at Mason Intermediate School Parking Lot parking lot at 12:00 PM Sunday. On occasion, scouts may return to the Kroger's Parking Lot on Kings Mills Road. The return location will be communicated to parents prior to the campout.	Return times are approximate. Early and late returns (over 1 hour) will be communicated to parents by the Troop Leaders using the phone numbers provided on the permission slips.
